In this phase, our focus is to analyze your exam and movement patterns to give you an individualized treatment plan that works for you.

Our chiropractic doctors begin with a detailed history and physical exam. The examination includes a series of range of motion, muscular, neurological, and orthopedic tests. These tests and exams allow us to give you an individualized treatment plan that works for you.

The principles of movement in the Analyze Phase are implemented based on the results we derive from the physical exam and the Functional Movement Screen. This screen includes tests for the whole body, giving the patient a chance to show lower and upper extremity mobility, pelvic and trunk stability, and motor control and proprioception. These results allow our providers to make a treatment plan that is precise and focused on individual needs. Including, a plan to gain more mobility in joints and muscles, and then onto the stabilization phase to re-create movement patterns, and strengthen dysfunctional areas. Screening results deliver valuable feedback throughout the treatment process to ensure we are meeting short and long-term movement goals for lifelong health and performance.
